other clients request smaller spaces where they can meet pci requirements. we're now in one of our themed rooms. whether in guatemala or el salvador, we have themed meeting rooms to awaken your imagination. you'll find rooms ranging from a submarine, to a casino, to a rock studio, to the insideof an airplane, stadiums, and even like right now, insidea video game! guatemala is such a young and vibrant country. we work eally hard to keep our people engaged. that's why we've created such a great variety of spaces. let's check out our soccer field. it's open all day for team members to play pick-up games or

join a friendly league. over here is our outdoor foodcourt alongwith our media wall. when big events come along like the olympics or world cup, we look for opportunities to create experiences among our team members. this is our on-site cafeteria where we create amazing meals. it's not like your typical cafeteria. it looksmore like an applebees or pizza hut. welcome to our on-site library. our telus international university program is hosted right here where team members can obtain subsidizeduniversity degrees while they continue to work.

courses are taught by professors, right here in our own centers. at our locations our training rooms turn into classrooms after-hours. when weinvest in our people and their education they end up staying with us longer. now we've arrived at our t-store. what's special about the store it that all proceeds go to our telus day of giving - our annual events in both guatemala and el salvador where thousands of our volunteers give us their time to build classrooms for young children. we even build schools from the ground up.

health and wellness is also a big partof our culture. this is our gym. it's always open, fullyequipped, and available at no cost for our team members. we also have an on-site health clinic andextend our health insurance benefits for team members' families as well. tough workout! well okay, not so tough! come on, let's go! this is our on-site day-care we takecare of those small team members. let's take a peek inside. hopefully it's not nap time. we take care of our family here. this is one of our most important values here.

it's in our nature to care. while our team team members work hard, we take care of their children so they have no worries about them. this is our recruitment center - an essential hub of activity where we recruit new talent all day every day. we'll talk a little more when get to el salvador. salvadorians are famous for beingextremely friendly making this the perfect place to launch your customer care programs. the fun thing about this building isthat it used to be a movie theater with more than 10 theaters. i'll show you around. similar to our sites in guatemala,

we have several things that make thislocation special starting with our recruitment lounge, which looks like a modern living room. we want our applicants to have fun and be themselves. that's why our interview rooms are staged as a concert venue, a magicians room, and a movie producer's of our office. our goal is to show our culture from the very beginning and motivate the right candidates to become part of it. i also really wantto show you our operations floors. since they are slightly different from what you saw in guatemala. to find your way around we have divided the accounts with streets.

that is what i love about this floor. you can feel the vibe and lots of interaction between accounts. but for clients that require something more separated, we also have smaller, closed-off areas tomeet security and privacy needs. you'll see a lot of hands-on coachingand mentoring on the floor. it's part of our coaching excellence philosophy, where we always build time for our team leaders to coach their people. we also believe in working socially at telus international. using t.life, our internal social network. t.life helps our team members keep up with what's going on in the company, arrange carpools,
